Applied AI Senior Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Applied AI Senior Consultant based in Germany. This is a senior, client-facing consulting role focused on turning emerging AI capabilities into practical business outcomes in healthcare.

You will help health plans and payer organizations identify, design, and scale AI-powered solutions across critical operational workflows. The role combines strategic advisory, hands-on solution design, and delivery leadership from early discovery through production deployment.

You will work directly with executives, operational leaders, technology teams, and external partners to solve complex challenges. Your work may span utilization management, claims processing, care management, member services, and administrative operations.

You will also help establish responsible AI practices that address privacy, security, compliance, governance, and human oversight. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced AI consultant who can bridge business needs, technical possibilities, and measurable value.

Accountabilities Serve as a trusted AI advisor to healthcare clients and payer organizations, helping leadership teams identify high-value opportunities for AI and automation.

Lead discovery sessions and solution-design workshops that translate operational challenges into practical, achievable AI use cases and adoption roadmaps.

Guide AI initiatives from strategy and use-case identification through pilots, solution implementation, production deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Design and deliver AI-powered solutions for payer workflows, including utilization management, claims processing, care management, member engagement, member services, and administrative operations.
