Full Stack Developer - Node.js & Next.js

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who has strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Next.js and can work on real client projects with ownership. Role: Full Stack Developer – Node.js & Next.js Job Type: Full-time Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat / On-site Experience: 2–5 years preferred Salary: As per experience and practical skill level Role Description : The selected developer will work on web applications, admin panels, APIs, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, dashboards, and AI-integrated software products. This role is suitable for someone who can handle both frontend and backend work, understand requirements properly, write clean code, debug issues, and deliver features with proper quality. We are not looking for someone who only knows basic tutorials. We need someone who has worked on real projects and can take responsibility for modules independently. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js • Build backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js • Work with MongoDB and database-driven application logic • Create clean, responsive, and user-friendly frontend screens • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, AI APIs, CRM tools, and cloud services when required • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code • Debug bugs, performance issues, and production-level problems • Coordinate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, mobile developers, and project managers • Understand client requirements and convert them into working features • Use Git properly for code management and team collaboration • Deploy or support deployment on platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or similar environments Required Skills • Strong experience with Node.js • Strong experience with Next.js and React.js • Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript • Experience with MongoDB and database design basics • Good understanding of REST APIs • Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks • Ability to integrate third-party APIs • Good understanding of authentication, authorization, JWT, roles, and permissions • Basic understanding of cloud deployment, Vercel, AWS, Nginx, or PM2 is a plus • Good debugging and problem-solving skills • Ability to write clean and structured code • Basic understanding of UI/UX and responsive design • Good communication and team coordination skills Good to Have • Experience with AI API integrations such as OpenAI or similar tools • Experience with payment gateways • Experience with SaaS, CRM, ERP, dashboards, or admin panel development • Experience with server deployment and production issue handling • Experience working with international client projects Who Should Apply Apply only if you are serious about full-time work and can take ownership of development tasks.
