Senior Full Stack Developer (Tech Development)

• Experience Range : 4–8 Years | Location : Bangalore / Hybrid Position Overview We are looking for a hands-on and driven Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale core features across our platform. In this role, you will write clean, production-ready code, bridge backend logic with responsive front-end interfaces, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship high-impact features. Key Responsibilities & Scope • End-to-End Feature Development : Design and implement robust user-facing features and server-side components across the product lifecycle. • API Design & Integration : Build and maintain scalable RESTful/GraphQL APIs and integrate third-party services securely. • Code Quality & Maintenance : Write optimized, reusable code, conduct peer code reviews, and maintain rigorous testing standards (unit/integration tests). • Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and ensure low-latency application responses. Must-Have Qualifications • Experience : 4–8 years of professional software development experience in fast-paced product or consumer tech environments. • Tech Stack Proficiency : Strong command over modern frontend frameworks (React.js/Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java). • Database & Cloud Skills : Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP). • Problem-Solving : Excellent debugging skills and a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
