Marketing Specialist – Full-Time We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Planning and managing marketing and advertising campaigns • Developing strategies to grow sales and brand awareness • Creating and managing social media and website content • Coordinating advertising materials and promotions • Researching market trends, customers and new opportunities • Analysing digital marketing and campaign performance • Monitoring results and providing regular reports • Assisting with pricing, promotions and sales strategies • Improving online content, SEO and digital reach • Supporting overall business growth through marketing initiatives. About You Applicants for this position should: • Have relevant formal qualifications • Have at least 1 year of relevant full-time experience in addition to formal qualifications • In some cases, 3–5 years of relevant full-time employment may be considered in place of formal qualifications • Have experience with social media, digital marketing and content creation • Have strong communication, organisation and time-management skills • Be able to work independently and as part of a team Remuneration Full-time position Base salary: starting at $80000 per annum + superannuation.
