About the Client:
Manufacturing Organization
Roles and Responsibilities:
Reporting into the CHRO, you will be responsible for:
- Implementation of Compensation & Benefits strategy and ensure compliance with applicable statutes, legislations and market competitiveness
- Assist in development of global compensation and benefits budgets and ensure adherence to the budgets
- Lead & supervise compensation & benefits administration process and ensure that policies, procedures, and reporting practices comply with corporate governance standards and applicable legislations
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitor's practices, and other sources
- Manage HR Analytics covering parameters like headcount, attrition, hiring, position additions / deletions
- Lead in evaluating cost effectiveness and competitiveness of current compensation programs; Implement changes when necessary
Requirements:
- Advanced understanding of analytical methodologies
- Knowledge of different tools & techniques employed in Compensation/ Benefits design & analysis
- Knowledge of basic elements of the taxation of employee compensation and benefits and is capable of applying at basic level
- 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing space
