WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: • are a fully qualified Australian/NZ patent attorney with a minimum of 6 months' PLUS post-qualification experience [up to senior level] OR a trainee patent attorney [currently studying Masters of IP to become qualified]; • have a degree or higher qualification in ENGINEERING [electrical, mechanical, biomedical, aeronautical, telecommunications and/or computer engineering] SCIENCE [Chemistry or Physics or Biotech] and/or IT//COMPUTER SCIENCE; • have had some hands-on experience in prosecuting/drafting mechanical patents and some opposition experience [preferable]; • have strong technical, analytical + communication/people skills + strong commercial acumen; • are serious about carving out a LONG-TERM successful career with a vibrant successful non-traditional firm that has the resources to support and help you to reach your full potential.
