Your new role As the Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be the lead architecture authority across complex, multi-product ServiceNow engagements. Youll shape platform strategy and target architecture, advise senior stakeholders and take ownership of the technical integrity of transformation programs from strategy and design through to implementation and support.Your key responsibilities will include: • Acting as the lead architecture authority and trusted advisor across enterprise ServiceNow programs • Defining platform strategies, target architectures, governance frameworks, operating models and technology roadmaps • Designing enterprise solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, Discovery and App Engine • Advising on ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and AI Agents • Owning instance strategy, domain separation, scalability, performance optimisation and platform health • Architecting secure and maintainable integrations using APIs, middleware and event-driven patterns • Leading architecture governance boards, solution reviews and technical design validation • Acting as the escalation point for complex technical and architectural decisions • Assessing technical risk, managing technical debt and guiding platform modernisation • Presenting architecture options and trade-offs to executive stakeholders and steering committees • Mentoring architects, developers and technical leads • Building strong relationships with ServiceNow, delivery partners and senior client stakeholders What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: • At least eight years of ServiceNow architecture and consulting experience • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise transformation programs across multiple ServiceNow product lines • Strong consulting, stakeholder management and architecture governance capabilities • The confidence and credibility to engage with executive stakeholders and steering committees • Deep, hands-on ServiceNow platform knowledge, with the ability to validate designs, challenge technical decisions and guide development teams • Full working rights in Australia • Availability to commence on 7 September 2026 Mandatory ServiceNow certificationsApplicants must hold the following current certifications: • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CSA • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, CAD • CIS-ITSM • At least one additional CIS certification, such as ITOM, HRSD, CSM or SPM • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, CTA Additional CIS certifications, ITIL 4 Foundation and TOGAF or an equivalent architecture qualification will be highly regarded.
