Motion Graphic Designer

• We are looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Designer with proven success creating and evolving content for exceptional brands • You will join the Marketing Design Team to develop motion design strategy and content as a critical part of the Square Yards visual identity system • In this role you will work across a wide range of critical initiatives that will support and elevate the Square Yards Group • You will partner with creatives, strategists, business leaders,project managers • This role requires top-notch design skills, and an eagerness and curiosity to further develop a broad skillset • The Marketing Design team is multidisciplinary creative team responsible for concepting, creating, and rolling out engaging global creative requirements that become powerful brand benchmarks that cohesively build awareness, consideration, and preference Responsibilities Create motion design content for major events and brand touchpoints Lead animation and motion design systems for the Square Yards Visual Identity Develop creative briefs and storyboards to articulate design concepts for both internal and external audiences Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in motion design and animation pipelines Excellent with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition Up to date with current trends in compositing, particle systems and special effects Sound design, recording and production skills a bonus Strong story telling skills, able to develop creative briefs, mood-boards, and previsualizations Able to pitch concepts, manage projects and lead teams to optimal outcomes Understanding of design systems, keen attention to detail and consistency, and a sensibility for functional, well-crafted design Understands the technical and aesthetic fundamentals of design Able to learn new tools and skills and stay up to date with industry trends Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams Successfully manages time, process, and workflow Skills: Graphics, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Management, Animation Experience: 1.00-5.00 Years
