Job Description
:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee end-to-end HR operations at our manufacturing facility located in Dobbaspet, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in payroll management, statutory compliance, labour laws, and employee engagement within a manufacturing environment. This role requires proactive management of HR functions to support factory operations and ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards. Knowledge of Red category Industry KSPCB is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations Management:
- Handle all HR generalist activities for plant and factory operations.
- Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave management, and exit procedures.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and foster healthy industrial relations.
2. Payroll & Compliance:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and administration.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Welfare Fund.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities, labour departments, and external consultants as needed.
3. Policy Implementation & Reporting:
- Implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and compliance dashboards.
4. Labour Law & Industrial Relations:
- Monitor adherence to labour laws, factory regulations, and industrial standards.
- Support industrial relations activities to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 to 10 years of relevant HR Generalist experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience in payroll management.
- Understanding of factory HR practices and industrial relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Educational qualification: MBA in HR or MSW preferred.
Special Requirements:
- Willingness to work from Dobbaspet, Bangalore.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a manufacturing setting.
- Proactive approach to compliance and employee engagement.
- Salary range: INR Lakhs (specific figure to be discussed during the interview process).
