Senior Manager Rewards COE | Mumbai Location: Mumbai Experience: 6 - 10 Years Education: MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 B-school (2020/2021 batch preferred) About the Opportunity: Our client is a leading, high-growth consumer organization looking to hire a Rewards COE professional to drive its compensation and rewards strategy. This role will partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to design competitive, data-driven reward programs that support business growth, attract top talent, and enhance employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization where rewards play a strategic role in enabling business performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, review, and implement compensation, benefits, and rewards frameworks aligned with business strategy and market competitiveness. - Drive the annual compensation cycle, including salary benchmarking, merit increases, promotions, bonus planning, and incentive programs. - Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide strategic rewards advisory, ensuring internal equity, governance, and consistency across the organization. - Conduct compensation benchmarking, job evaluations, and market analysis to recommend competitive reward structures. - Leverage people analytics and compensation data to drive informed decision-making and enhance rewards effectiveness. - Ensure compliance with compensation governance, policies, and industry best practices while supporting organizational growth. Preferred Candidate Profile: - 6 - 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Rewards COE. - MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 B-school, preferably from the 2020 or 2021 graduating batch. - Experience in consumer, retail, beauty, fashion, e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, or other high-growth organizations preferred. - Strong expertise in compensation benchmarking, salary structuring, job evaluation, and annual compensation cycles. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data and provide actionable insights. - Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior business leaders and HRBPs. - Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving business environment with a strong ownership mindset.
