Business Analyst - Credit/Collateral & Buying Powe

Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyse requirements from Trading, Credit, Operations, Product, and Technology teams. - Analyse current buying power, collateral, and credit processes and design improved future-state processes. - Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories. - Map data requirements across Avaloq, LTV systems, and trading/execution platforms. - Work with Product Owners and technology teams to define and deliver solutions. - Support Avaloq requirements and understand relevant modules such as Credit, STEX, Client Data, MIS, Stock Exchange, and Payments. - Support UAT, including test case preparation, execution, issue identification, and validation. - Conduct requirement walkthroughs, demos, and user training when required. - Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and gaps. - Communicate complex requirements clearly to business and technology stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: - Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Wholesale Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Services. - Knowledge of LTV, collateral, buying power, margin, credit limits, and concentration risk. - Strong Avaloq experience; certification is a plus. - Understanding of API integrations and system-to-system data flows. - Strong Business Analysis skills, including BRDs, requirements, use cases, and user stories. - Experience with UAT and Agile delivery. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Power BI. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and simplify complex business problems into practical solutions.
