Service Delivery Manager: Full Time Job Description: Goals and deliverables: What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science. - 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, Service Delivery, Program Management, or Technical IT Consulting. - Experience managing customer-facing engineering or IT services projects. - Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams. - Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery governance. - Experience supporting proposal development, effort estimation, or bid preparation. - Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall project delivery. - Experience managing KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting. - Understanding of financial concepts such as project margin, forecasting, and billing. - Experience with capacity planning and resource management. - Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies. - PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
