Job Description

Responsibilities: - Design, develop & implement the technology stack for the Supply Chain planning process. - Work collaboratively with business and cross-functional teams from technology, design, and business, and implement solutions by 3rd-party vendors to digitally transform business processes. - Translate business requirements into a software blueprint and work with vendors to connect all subprocesses in Supply Chain planning, including Demand, Dispatch, and Production. - Learn and develop technical skillsets in the Blue Yonder (Supply Chain) platform. Should get certified across the Supply Chain modules of the BY platform. Should acquire good working knowledge to write SQL scripts. - Take ownership to correct any type of data-related issue, whether master data or transaction data, in collaboration with DW/Business/IT teams. Ensure strong master data management practices. - For demand & inventory norms, ensure that the demand plan along with inventory norms are entered correctly and handhold users. - For dispatch planning, ensure that the STOs generated by the BY tool flow automatically to SAP for execution. Handhold users wherever necessary. - For production & procurement planning, ensure that an optimised production & procurement run happens based on available capacity. Week-wise production plans should be visible to users. Handhold users wherever necessary. Drive major KPIs: 1. Forecast accuracy 2. Dispatch plan adherence 3. Production plan adherence 4. Increase in direct dispatches Other KPIs: 1. Number of tools, customizations, or features launched 2. Number of bugs identified and improved upon 3. Software uptime 4. Query time & response time 5. Software-enabled improvement in procurement time, quality, or effectiveness through any key metric - Drive end-to-end digitalization of the Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) process for introducing a new product, right from conceptualization, setting up RFQ process flow, cost estimation, APQP, E-BOM, M-BOM, SAP integration, etc. Qualifications / Skills: - B.E./B.Tech (must) + MBA (preferred), with Masters/Certification in Supply Chain preferred. - 4 - 5 years of work experience preferred. - Knowledge of SQL preferred. - SAP MM module preferred. - Should have technical implementation and functional knowledge of Blue Yonder. - Technical knowledge of any PLM product implementation is desirable. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders. - Proven ability to clearly communicate complex solutions. - Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting in a clear, timely, and professional manner. - Excellent team collaboration skills and ability to work with people from diverse skill sets and backgrounds.
