Oracle Fusion HCM ORC Functional Consultant - Compensation/Payroll/OTL

Job Title: HCM Functional Lead Consultant - Compensation or Payroll & Benefits or Payroll & OTL Experience: 8 15 years Location: Hyderabad / Kolkata Notice Period: Immediate 60 days We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCM Functional Lead Consultant with 8+ years of experience to join our team for Compensation or Payroll & Benefits or Payroll & OTL expertise. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hands-on expertise in Payroll, OTL and Benefits modules, coupled with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on experience in handling the Implementation/Managed Services for the clients and deliver work effectively in client-facing scenarios. Skills & Responsibilities: - 8 to 12 years of hands-on Functional experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL and Benefits modules. - The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience on SaaS HCM Modules in Compensation, OTL, Benefits & Payroll. - Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM. - Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements. - Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & Regression testing. - Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects. - At least should have worked on a minimum 4+ end to end implementations on above modules. - Should have a good understanding of Workflow Notifications, Approval configurations, Security. - Experience in handling data conversions (HDL/HSDL), Fast Formula and BI Reporting is an added advantage. - Good communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Certifications: - Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications: 1. Oracle Time & labor Cloud Implementation Specialist 2. Oracle Benefits Cloud Implementation Specialist 3. Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Specialist 4. Oracle Workforce Compensation Cloud Implementation Specialist Education / Professional Experience / Qualifications: - Bachelors or masters degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or operations.
