Job Description
Engineering Lead / Engineering Manager
We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead/Manager to oversee day-to-day engineering operations, drive project delivery, and help build a high-performing engineering team.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Manage sprint planning, execution, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Review technical designs, code, and architecture decisions.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers.
- Improve engineering processes, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
Requirements :
- 9+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of engineering leadership or team management experience.
- Strong understanding of software development, system design, and cloud technologies.
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams.
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance technical leadership with people and project management.
Nice to Have :
- Experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or data-driven products.
- Familiarity with Python, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
