QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures Review and analyze contracts, tender documents, and pricing schedules Work closely with the project manager and site team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery Handle procurement and manage subcontractors Prepare final accounts and ensure compliance with regulations and standards Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry Knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and project management Strong proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply You may send your resume / CV to email address directly: hr@geonamics.
