COMPANY
Our client is a leading SaaS provider operating in the high growth Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) industry. Through its solutions portfolio, they offer a multiproduct cloud-based SaaS platform and high-value tech-enabled services to help their clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
To support their ambitious growth plans, the company is looking to hire a Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and roadmap of their flagship SaaS platform for contractor and supplier management.
This person will own the end-to-end product strategy — defining the long-term vision, translating it into a clear, actionable roadmap, and ensuring alignment across all business areas. The role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS monetization, scalability, and product-led growth for the SMB segment.
This position reports directly to the CTO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include, among others:
• Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Lead the development of the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and user value.
• Design and coordinate the Go-To-Market strategy for new launches, working closely with sales, marketing, and support teams.
• Translate technical capabilities into differentiating value propositions, tailored to different customer segments.
• Analyze the market and competition, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Measure and report key KPIs (adoption, retention, conversion, customer satisfaction, and revenue).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (development, design, sales, marketing, and customer success) to ensure effective execution of the strategy.
• Train and support the sales team on product knowledge and key messages.
• Drive experimentation and user validation, applying discovery and continuous improvement methodologies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• +8 years in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS environments
• Demonstrated experience implementing Product-Led Growth strategies
• Strong background in product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
