Product Specialist / Business Analyst

Qualification : MBA and/or B.Tech./M.C.A. Working Experience : Overall, 5-8 Years in Lending Product domain; In product Development or as Business Analyst or Pre-sales Associate. Hands-on In-depth experience of at least one sub-module of Lending domain Loan credit processing OR Loan Management. Deep product thinking to cater various market/geography and varying business product needs. Role and Responsibilities : • Responsible for success of the Product and work to ensure that product meets customer • expectations and business goals. • Understanding representing Customer needs. • Participate in Prioritizing product features and capabilities • Participate in sprint planning and work size estimation. • Responsible for story detailing, prototype and buying from customer/Stakeholders. • Participate agree with technical solutioning of the product considering future needs of the product. • Participate in Developing standardization along with tech leaders for the product. • Responsible for identifying impact across systems/modules. • Own the testing of the product • Responsible for delivering product collaterals- Sales / Marketing / Implementation / User along with product release. • Participate in product quality Acceptance. • Support Sales in closing business deals Skill Requirement : Product Management: • Banking in general • Lending business Credit, Loan Management, Collection/recovery management • Market understanding, Prioritization, Sprint planning • Convert user needs to Product feature/solution, Product • Product Thinking Soft Skills : • Preparing presentation/document; Tools needed to perform Product management work • Collaboration • Communication, presentation • Developing PoV and stakeholder Management Were the convergence of advanced technology solutions helping enterprises accelerate Digital Innovation as 'One Platform', guiding them to ADAPT to a new paradigm in Digital Transformation.
