Job Description
We are seeking a result-driven and technically adept Procurement Manager to lead the purchasing operations. The incumbent will oversee the end to end purchasing activities, ensuring high-quality goods and services are acquired cost-effectively and on time.
What you will be doing : Analyse market trends and manage supplier relationships to optimize the supply chain Identify reliable suppliers, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate profitable pricing with favourable contract terms Monitor vendor performance by conducting regular audits, and resolve any supply chain disruptions or quality issues Develop strategies to reduce procurement costs without sacrificing quality while identifying opportunities for process improvement Collaborate with various departments to align purchasing strategies to the company objectives Prepare annual budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to report operational health to the management Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations and industry standards What we are looking for : Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in semiconductor procurement or supply chain Expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, market analysis and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software Decisive leadership and strong analytical problem-solving skills Strong communication and good interpersonal skills Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player Highly motivated individual who works independently with minimal supervision We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
