Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and academic reports. Support students in developing reading, writing, and conversational skills in Chinese. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for students.

Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student development and address any concerns. Work closely with fellow educators to continuously improve teaching practices and curriculum design. Participate in centre events, workshops, and enrichment activities.
