Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Position Title: Admin Assistant Working Location: Ubi Ave(Close to Ubi MRT)
Working Hours
5 days (9. 00am-6. 00pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary $2,000 Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Support daily operations of the company in Southeast Asia. Process sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices. Manage goods receiving, loans, and return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes.
Accurately enter data into the ABSS system. Assist with stock-taking activities. Work independently to manage time effectively and achieve desired results. APPLY NOW!!! Minimum GCE O level. Experienced in data entry and familiarity with business systems. Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
