Graphic Designer

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a good eye for design and aesthetics, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your work. You ll contribute to a variety of marketing projects, from print to digital, and bring fresh ideas to the table. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Create high-quality visual assets for print and digital platforms, such as marketing collateral, web graphics, social media content, and more. • Collaborate with the team to deliver designs that align with marketing goals and brand identity. • Design engaging visuals optimized for screens and web, following basic digital design principles. • Experiment with Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, or similar) to produce innovative image and video content. • Stay curious about design trends, emerging tools, and industry advancements. Required Qualifications: • Design Expertise: A good eye for aesthetics and detail, with a portfolio showcasing real-world projects in print and digital formats. • Experience: 3 years of graphic design experience (professional or freelance), with exposure to marketing-related tasks. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in core design tools, including Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Photoshop are essential). • Digital Design: Basic understanding of designing for screens and web, with an interest in learning responsive design principles. • GenAI Interest: Some experience or enthusiasm for using image and video Generative AI tools like Midjourney or RunwayML. • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. • A passion for creativity and a proactive attitude toward learning new tools and trends. • Able to work in US hours i.e. 6:00 PM IST to 3 AM IST or European hours • Strong Time management skills to prioritize workload, multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities under pressure. • Excellent Oral and written English communication skills • Bonus - Bitcoin Knowledge: Any understanding of Bitcoin or cryptocurrency concepts, with an interest in applying them to design work. • Please attach your portfolio with your application Skills: Digital Marketing, Illustration Skills, Layout Design, Adobe Creative Suite, Typography, UI/UX design Experience: 3.00-8.00 Years
