Job Description
Qualification:
• Lead and manage the project life cycle, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closeout.
• Should have experience in designing and developing electromagnetic devices (experience with solenoids and valves).
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical principles.
• Proficiency in CAD systems (SolidWorks preferred).
• Proficiency in engineering simulation software (EM Works preferred).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with the use and programming of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for industrial automation and control systems preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience reading and creating electrical drawings and schematics.
Role:
• Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years.
• Educational Qualification: B. E / B. Tech in Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics.
• Lead and manage the project life cycle, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closeout, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Design and develop electromagnetic devices, including solenoids and valves, to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Apply hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical principles to design, develop, and test electromagnetic devices.
• Utilize CAD systems (SolidWorks preferred) and engineering simulation software (EM Works preferred) to design, simulate, and optimize electromagnetic devices.
• Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities to design and develop electromagnetic devices that are manufacturable and meet customer requirements.
• Utilize hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to design, develop, and implement industrial automation and control systems.
• Create and interpret electrical drawings and schematics, with a minimum of two years' experience.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and testing, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in CAD systems, including:
• SolidWorks
• Experience with engineering simulation software, including:
• EM Works
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles, including:
• Electromagnetism
• Mechanics
• Thermodynamics
• Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), including:
• Allen-Bradley
• Siemens
• Omron
• Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems, including:
• SCADA systems
