Role overview We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring Pro:Direct campaigns to life. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their creative career, whether you're a recent graduate or looking to gain your first professional design experience. You'll support the team in creating engaging digital and print assets across Pro:Direct and our sister companies, helping to build brand awareness and deliver impactful work. Working from creative briefs, you'll contribute ideas and support projects from concept through to final delivery. We're looking for someone with a strong eye for design, a passion for creativity, and a willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team environment. What you’ll do as a Junior Graphic Designer • Design and produce creative assets for digital and print channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, presentations, brochures, signage, packaging, and advertising. • Support the delivery of creative briefs by producing high-quality design work aligned to project objectives and timelines. • Work across multiple design projects, managing your workload and priorities with support from the wider team. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and support business objectives. • Contribute ideas and concepts for campaign and design projects. • Communicate your creative thinking clearly and confidently. • Ensure work is delivered accurately, on time, and to brand guidelines. • Take feedback constructively and use it to develop and improve creative work. Your skills as a Junior Graphic Designer • A design qualification, relevant experience, or a strong portfolio demonstrating creative ability. • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. • Understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and composition. • Awareness of digital design principles and UX would be beneficial. • Strong attention to detail. • A creative and proactive approach to design tasks. • Good communication skills and a collaborative working style. • Ability to manage feedback positively and apply it to improve design outputs. • Willingness to learn, develop, and build confidence within a creative team.
