Job Description
Salary: £76,000 - 98,000 per year
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in business analysis, with a focus on IT or security projects
• Proven expertise in requirements engineering, process modeling, and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of information security principles, risk management, and compliance
• Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST, and audit processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CBAP
• Familiarity with our security tools, technologies, and operational environment
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools for security metrics and reporting Responsibilities:
• Provide expert business and technical analysis to support Global Security initiatives
• Translate complex security requirements into actionable technical solutions aligned with organisational goals and regulatory standards
• Act as a liaison between security teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to drive secure and efficient business outcomes
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying security risks and improvement opportunities
• Gather documents and prioritise technical and non-technical requirements for security projects
• Develop detailed process flows, use cases, and functional specifications for security solutions
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to design and implement secure systems and applications
• Perform gap analysis between current and desired security states, recommending remediation strategies
• Support compliance audits and ensure adherence to security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST
• Create and maintain security-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports
