Salary: £130,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements: • Proven experience as a Product Manager within Agile delivery environments. • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital products and services. • Ability to prioritise competing demands and make informed product decisions. • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and outcome-based delivery. • Experience using Jira and Confluence. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate business and user needs into clear priorities and actionable delivery plans. • Active SC Clearance. Responsibilities: • Lead product delivery across key workstreams and product backlogs. • Work with multidisciplinary teams to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver user-focused outcomes. • Balance business needs, user requirements, and technical constraints when making product decisions. • Prioritise and manage product backlogs to maximise value and delivery outcomes. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Designers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Ensure requirements and product artefacts are maintained within Jira and Confluence. • Support delivery planning, sprint activities, and roadmap development. • Monitor product performance and measure outcomes against agreed objectives. • Ensure products comply with relevant standards, governance, and delivery frameworks. This is a 6-month role with a rate of up to £500 per day and sits inside IR35. You will work closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and business analysts to define priorities, shape roadmaps, and ensure our products deliver measurable value.
