Join a Leading Warehouse & Distribution Team! Our client is a well-established organisation within the warehousing and distribution industry, providing reliable products and services to customers across New Zealand. With a strong focus on efficiency, safety and customer service, they are looking for reliable and hardworking Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse and forklift experience who is looking for stable, ongoing work with a reputable organisation. What's in it for you? • Competitive pay rates of $26-$27 per hour (Weekly Pay!) • Monday to Friday work • Ongoing training and development opportunities • Stable, ongoing work with a reputable organisation • Positive and safety-focused work environment • Up to 40 hours per week • Opportunity to develop your warehouse and forklift experience • Access to EAP support services for you and your family About the Role • As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver , your responsibilities may include: • Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently • Loading and unloading trucks • Moving and storing stock within the warehouse • Picking and preparing customer orders • Loading goods for dispatch • Receiving and checking incoming stock • Completing general warehouse duties as required • Maintaining an organised and clean warehouse • Assisting with manual handling and stock movement • Following all workplace health and safety procedures About You • To be successful in this role, you will have: • Previous counterbalance forklift experience • A current forklift licence or relevant forklift certification (advantageous) • Previous warehouse experience (preferred) • A clean Ministry of Justice record • Good attention to detail • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude • Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable transport to and from work • Good communication skills • A willingness to learn and follow instructions • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety Why Join?
