Job Description

Summary of the role: Reporting to the Enterprise Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing data models, creating insightful Power BI dashboards and reports, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective business intelligence solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple business functions, driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and analytics. What you’ll be doing: • Design, develop, and maintain robust data models for reporting and analytics. • Build, enhance, and support Power BI reports and dashboards. • Develop and optimise DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and SQL queries. • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions. • Support data governance, quality, and security standards. • Assist with data migration, cleansing, testing, and validation activities. • Document processes, business requirements, and testing plans. • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data and technology. • Promote adoption of analytics tools and improve data literacy across the business What you should have: • 2-5 years’ experience developing Business Intelligence solutions. • Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. • Advanced data modelling skills, including star and snowflake schemas. • Proficiency with DAX, Power Query, and SQL. • Experience integrating data from multiple sources and working with ETL/ELT processes. • Ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline • Highly Regarded: • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Snowflake Why it’s great to work here: • Social & supportive team: Be part of a collaborative, high-energy group that works hard but knows how to have fun • Modern, state-of-the-art environment designed for teamwork and productivity • Join an innovative global organisation where collaboration, accountability and innovation drive everything we do How to apply: If you’re ready take on a rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you.
