Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Solution Architect to spearhead our architectural strategy and drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives from our Thane/Navi Mumbai office. Key Responsibilities: - Architect comprehensive enterprise-grade solutions that streamline business processes and support long-term digital transformation objectives. - Evaluate and mitigate enterprise risks by implementing rigorous governance frameworks and security-by-design principles across all technical layers. - Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of solution design, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with stakeholder expectations. - Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical roadmaps that optimize performance, reduce technical debt, and drive innovation. - Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of architectural excellence to ensure high-quality delivery across all project phases. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated expertise in designing complex, multi-tier enterprise architectures that integrate seamlessly with legacy and modern cloud-native environments. - Proven ability to navigate high-stakes stakeholder environments, effectively communicating technical trade-offs to non-technical leadership to secure project buy-in. - Advanced proficiency in identifying and addressing enterprise-level risks, ensuring that all architectural designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence organizational strategy and drive consensus among diverse technical and business teams. - A Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred. - Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to lead on-site teams in Thane/Navi Mumbai while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
