Finance & Accounts Head - FMCG Location: Chennai Industry: FMCG / Consumer Products / Food & Nutrition We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Head to lead the finance function for a growing FMCG/Consumer Products business. Key Responsibilities: - Lead financial accounting, reporting and month-end closure. - Drive Business Finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance management. - Partner with the Business Head on revenue, profitability, cash flow and business growth. - Analyse product, category, brand, channel and customer profitability. - Drive margin improvement, cost optimization and commercial finance initiatives. - Manage working capital, inventory, receivables, payables and cash flow. - Lead internal controls, IFC, statutory, internal and cost audits. - Drive financial modelling, business cases, pricing decisions and investment appraisal. - Partner with Corporate Treasury on liquidity, banking and funding requirements. - Drive finance automation, ERP/BI reporting and process improvements. - Lead the finance team and work closely with senior business stakeholders. Candidate Profile: - CA - Mandatory. - MBA Finance / CMA preferred. - 10-15 years of progressive Finance & Accounts experience. - Minimum 68 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Products / Food & Beverages / Nutrition / Packaged Foods. - Strong experience across Business Finance, Financial Accounting, Commercial Finance and FP&A. - Strong commercial and business partnering skills. - Proven experience in P&L, profitability, working capital and cash-flow management. - Experience in internal controls, risk management and audits. - Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA / ERP and BI tools will be preferred.
