Digital Adoption Specialist Location – Macquarie Park, Sydney or Brisbane • Join a Product team in a role involving introducer engagement, customer retention & reporting. • Allied Credit is an ambitious firm which is growing, evolving & investing in its technology. • We have a hybrid work environment; we understand the value of a work-life balance. Offering white label, joint venture and floorplan finance, our proprietary software provides a seamless, convenient and customer-focused finance service to consumers and businesses. We are seeking a Digital Adoption Specialist to be responsible for driving engagement, adoption and utilisation of Allied Credit’s digital products, platforms and services. The role combines digital adoption, customer engagement, go-to-market planning and marketing execution to support introducer growth, customer retention and business performance. Working closely with Sales, Product, Corporate Communications, Risk and Compliance and external partners, the role develops and delivers initiatives that increase awareness, adoption and utilisation of Allied Credit’s products and digital solutions while ensuring compliance with brand, governance and regulatory requirements. The role also supports continuous improvement of customer and introducer experiences across the lending lifecycle. What you will be doing • Drive awareness, adoption and engagement of Allied Credit’s digital products and services. • Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives across customer and introducer channels. • Deliver targeted campaigns and communications that improve retention, engagement and growth. • Develop sales and marketing collateral, digital content and website improvements. • Manage agency and stakeholder relationships to deliver successful marketing initiatives. • Analyse campaign and digital performance, using insights to optimise outcomes. • Ensure compliance with brand, governance and regulatory requirements. • Support continuous improvement of customer and introducer experiences across the business. Your background • Experience in digital adoption, customer engagement, product marketing, digital transformation or a similar discipline. • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and digital engagement initiatives. • Strong experience with EDMs, digital marketing campaigns, content creation and website management. • Knowledge of CRM, SharePoint, marketing automation platforms, SEO and digital analytics. • Experience using customer insights and data to drive engagement, adoption and business outcomes. • Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills. • Commercially minded, customer-focused and highly motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience. Desirable • Experience in asset finance, banking, financial services or a regulated industry. • Exposure to digital product development, AI-driven customer engagement or workflow automation solutions. • Experience working with external agencies and vendors.
