Site Reliability Engineer with GCP

Job Summary Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in GCP DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering SRE to design implement and manage robust scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines Job Description Design develop and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform GCP using Terraform for infrastructure as code Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker to ensure consistency across development testing and production environments Utilize GCP Build pipelines and Jenkins to automate build test and deployment processes enhancing CICD workflows Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate DevOps and SRE best practices within GCP environments Monitor analyze and optimize cloud infrastructure performance availability reliability cost and security Ensure infrastructure compliance governance and disaster recovery aligned with organizational policies Manage version control systems such as GitHub and Bitbucket for source code and configuration management Implement proactive incident management root cause analysis and capacity planning to improve system reliability Drive automation of operational tasks to reduce manual interventions and improve system uptime Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in GCP DevOps and SRE to continuously enhance infrastructure and deployment pipelines Roles and Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure automation using Terraform to support development staging and production environments Develop maintain and optimize CICD pipelines using GCP Build and Jenkins to automate application deployment and testing Containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration workflows to ensure high availability and scalability Collaborate closely with development QA and operations teams to ensure seamless integration deployment and reliability Implement monitoring ing and incident response strategies to maintain high system reliability and performance Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure deployment and production issues promptly to minimize downtime Enforce best practices for version control branching strategies and configuration management using GitHub and Bitbucket Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on DevOps and SRE tools processes and methodologies Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation reliability and operational efficiency within the GCP environment Skills Mandatory Skills : GCP-DevOps Service, Git, Jenkins
