Job Title: Lead – Middleware & DevOps Engineering Location: Pune Experience: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Lead Middleware & DevOps Engineer to manage and support application infrastructure and deployment activities in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer JBoss and WebSphere application servers. Manage Kubernetes and Docker based application environments. Design, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Automate application deployments using Ansible, Maven, NPM and Docker. Handle application server patching, upgrades and production troubleshooting. Support release management and deployment activities across environments. Coordinate with Cloud, Database, Network/Security and Delivery teams. Provide technical guidance to a small Middleware & DevOps team. Participate in production support, incident resolution and on-call activities. Required Skills 5–8 years of relevant Middleware/DevOps experience Strong hands-on experience with JBoss/WebSphere Kubernetes, Docker and Jenkins/CI-CD Linux/UNIX Ansible, Maven/NPM Application deployment, patching and troubleshooting experience Good communication and team-handling skills Good to Have Experience in Banking/Payments/Financial Services Exposure to AWS, Oracle/SQL and PowerCARD Experience with deployment automation and release management
