Role Overview : As a Lead or Senior Lead in Business Analytics, you will spearhead the design and implementation of sophisticated analytical frameworks that serve as the backbone for strategic business initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and internal leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust data models and scalable analytical solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Architect and maintain comprehensive data models that support complex business reporting and advanced analytical requirements across multiple departments. - Develop and manage enterprise-grade data catalogs to ensure data lineage, metadata integrity, and seamless discoverability for all business users. - Design and execute complex SQL queries and Python-based data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from disparate sources into unified analytical environments. - Partner with business leaders to identify key performance indicators and translate these into automated dashboards and predictive models that drive operational efficiency. - Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics projects, ensuring that deliverables are aligned with business objectives and meet the highest standards of accuracy and performance. - Mentor junior team members on best practices in data engineering and analytical storytelling to foster a culture of technical excellence within the team. Required Skillset : - Demonstrated expertise in advanced SQL and Python programming for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation of analytical workflows. - Proven ability to design and implement scalable data models that accommodate evolving business needs and large-scale data volumes. - Strong proficiency in building and maintaining data catalogs, with a deep understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence executive decision-making. - A minimum of 6 to 11 years of professional experience in business analytics or data engineering roles, preferably within a consulting or high-growth corporate environment. - Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Goregaon, collaborating effectively with local teams to drive project outcomes. - A solid educational foundation in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field from a reputed institution.
