SAP PS Consultant for Application support and Maintenance

Roles & Responsibilities : General: ·       Consultant expected to have basic understanding of ITIL framework to collaborate and handle with end-user issues / tickets raised via SMT/ ITSM.D(Service Now) tool ·       Excellent problem-solving, consulting and decision-making skills. ·       Handling incident, problem tickets, service requests in SAP MDM & MDG module. ·       Good communication and interpersonal skills. ·       Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision Desired Role Requirements: Core Functional Knowledge: ·       Must have experience on specific master data domains (Material, BP) with knowledge of BRF+, FPM, Web Dynpro ABAP, and MDG API framework.  Troubleshoot and fix the stuck, failed & locked Change Requests. Configure and maintain CR Types, change request steps. Analyze CR replication logs to ensure data successfully updates the staging and active areas.  Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair Rule-Based Workflows in BRF+. Adjust workflow routing and handle agent determinations. Analyze custom validations, derivations, and duplicate checks using BRF+.  Experience on master data consolidation routines, including mass processing of data.   Configure UI modeling (feeder classes, access classes) to meet changing business requirements.
