Performance Testing Job Location : Hyderabad Experience : 4 to 15 Years Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Mode of Work : 5 Days office Shift Timings : General Shift Mandatory Skills : Performance Testing with LoadRunner and Good Exp with Azure or AWS Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience in performance, load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance testing strategies, identifying system bottlenecks, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring applications meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, test scenarios, and workloads. - Perform Load Testing, Stress Testing, Spike Testing, Volume Testing, and Endurance Testing for web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications. - Analyze application, database, server, and network performance to identify bottlenecks. - Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or NeoLoad. - Monitor system performance using APM and monitoring tools. - Collaborate with development, infrastructure, DevOps, and business teams to resolve performance issues. - Prepare detailed performance reports, findings, and recommendations. - Validate application scalability and reliability under varying workload conditions. - Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. - Support capacity planning and performance tuning activities. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering. - Strong expertise in performance testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with one or more performance testing tools such as : 1. Apache JMeter 2. LoadRunner 3. Gatling 4. NeoLoad 5. BlazeMeter - Strong understanding of application architecture and system performance analysis. - Experience testing Web Applications, APIs, Microservices, and Cloud-based applications. - Knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning concepts. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Proficiency in scripting using Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Python.
