Manager SAP CO Consultant

: • Qualification: Finance background with bachelor's degree/Masters/MBA/PGDM/CA • Must have worked on at least 4+ end to end SAP Implementation & Support • Experience of End-to-End project lifecycle experience • Expert in understanding of S/4 HANA Capabilities / new functionalities • Define SAP CO blueprint for product costing and COPA aligned with business strategy. • Drive roadmap for enhancements, upgrades, and new functionalities. • Subject Matter expert (SME) understanding of Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Order & Product Costing • Strong hands on experience with SAP CO (Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders). • Deep expertise in Product Costing (Standard Cost, Cost Estimates, Cost Component Split). • Expertise in SAP CO PA (Both costing based and account based). • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and New GL. • Understanding of costing methodologies • Knowledge of manufacturing processes (make to order, make to stock). • Ability to translate business profitability requirements into SAP configuration. • Experience with cost allocation, overhead rates, and variance analysis. • Ability to write functional and technical specifications. • Subject Matter expert in CO cutover activities • Experience with data migration tools (LSMW, SAP Data Services). • Must have knowledge cross module knowledge and experience - FI-PP-MM-SD • Experience with SAP BW/BI or SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting. • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills • Ready to travel to client location and work from client location. • Lead the Project team for S/4 Hana Implementation • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Change management and training delivery capability • SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA for Management Accounting (CO), SAP Certified Application Professional Product Costing, or SAP S/4HANA CO PA certification (optional but preferred).
