What you'll be responsible for: An understanding of the challenges with respect to translation and localization process optimization and best practices Understanding and aligning customer technology stack to optimize localization process Providing support for sales team via on-site and remote client meetings Preparing queries, writing proposals, and completing RFP documentation during the solution development phase of new opportunities Leading prospects through a proof of concept with custom trainings based on their localization requirements Supporting Customer Success Managers for complex customer queries Working closely with the product team to make sure that customer requirements are mapped and understood Tracking existing technology solutions and following the latest trends and developments in the localiz
