North Cumberland Elementary - 1/2 Special Education - 1/2 Title I Assistant

The job of Special Education Assistant was established for the purpose/s of providing support to the instructional program within the assigned school with specific responsibility for assisting in the supervision and instruction of special needs students; assists the special education teacher with lesson planning, testing and ISP execution; observing and documenting student progress. This job reports to the principal. Minimum requirements: Associate's degree or 60 semester hours of college credit, from an accredited college or university, or a passing score on the Parapro test. 7 hours per day/182 days per year
