Senior / Midweight Graphic & Packaging Designer

We’re recruiting for an award-winning creative consumer product business who are looking for a Senior or Midweight Designer to help them dream up the next generation of playful, innovative product ranges. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, friendly studio where creative energy is the norm and no two briefs are ever quite the same. One day you’re building a style guide, the next you’re designing packaging that has to stop shoppers in their tracks. If you’ve got a versatile portfolio bursting with great graphics and vibrant packaging work, we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll be doing: • Creating bold, commercial style guides and product identities for major retailers • Turning briefs from our Product Development team into standout packaging concepts and visuals • Adapting your design thinking to fit each retailer’s brand and customer base. • Presenting your ideas with confidence to colleagues and clients alike • Preparing final artwork ready for mass production What you’ll bring: • A sharp eye for typography, a nose for emerging trends, and the ability to translate both into packaging and product design that sells • Strong Adobe Suite skills • The ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat • A positive, can-do attitude, and the drive, efficiency and reliability to match Why join: We believe in the power of play and the joy of a challenge well solved.
