Guardian of Childhood is a youth-led nonprofit working to advance children's rights and create safer environments where every child can learn, grow, and thrive. We develop educational resources, awareness campaigns, workshops, and community initiatives that promote child protection, digital safety, mental well-being, and positive participation. Our work is guided by the principles of dignity, inclusion, respect, and the best interests of every child. We collaborate with students, educators, parents, youth volunteers, civil society organizations, and community partners to encourage informed action and strengthen child-centered communities. Through education and advocacy, we aim to help people understand children's rights and their shared responsibility in protecting them. Guardian of Childhood welcomes volunteers, educators, young people, and partners who share our commitment to building a safer and more supportive world for children. , Guardian of Childhood | Remote | Part-Time Guardian of Childhood is looking for a creative Handbook Designer to transform our written educational content into beautiful, professional, and engaging handbooks and learning resources. Responsibilities • Design handbooks, guides, educational resources, and publications. • Create clean layouts, covers, chapter pages, infographics, and visual elements. • Turn text-heavy content into easy-to-read and visually engaging pages. • Maintain Guardian of Childhood’s branding and visual identity. • Work with our content team and make revisions based on feedback. Requirements • Experience in graphic, editorial, or publication design. • Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills. • Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, Figma, or similar tools. • A good portfolio of previous design work. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Commitment 3–6 months | Part-time | Remote | Flexible hours This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity for someone passionate about design, education, child rights, and creating meaningful resources for young people.
