Head - Human Resources - FMCG

Location: Mumbai (Andheri) A leading Indian FMCG organization is looking to hire an experienced Head Human Resources / VP HR to lead the end-to-end HR function across corporate, sales, and manufacturing operations. This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in large-scale FMCG organizations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the complete HR function including HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Payroll, and Compliance. - Drive the people strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational growth. - Lead and mentor an HR team of 4550 professionals across corporate and plant locations. - Manage HR operations for a workforce of approximately 5,600 employees across 10 manufacturing plants in India. - Design and manage Sales HR policies, incentive schemes, performance frameworks, and field force HR practices. - Drive HR transformation initiatives, including implementation and optimization of HRMS platforms and digital HR processes. - Build a high-performance culture and strengthen organizational capability across functions. Candidate Profile: - 20-25 years of progressive HR leadership experience. - Strong experience in the FMCG industry, with exposure to both corporate and manufacturing environments. - Must have experience working in a founder-led/promoter-driven organization and a strong understanding of promoter-driven business culture and decision-making. - Proven experience handling the complete HR lifecycle for a large, multi-location workforce. - Strong expertise in Sales HR, including incentive design, sales policies, and field force management. - Experience working with multiple HRMS platforms and leading HR technology initiatives. - Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and change management capabilities.
