Job Title: Salesforce Devops Engineer Experience: 5 Years Level of Hire: Associate Location: Kolkata Notice Period: 1 Month Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and DevOps practices, capable of managing deployments and ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce applications. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize Salesforce deployments and infrastructure. • Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications. • Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce application performance. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. • Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors. • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in Salesforce environments. Skills and Qualifications • 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps practices. • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and tools. • Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or GitHub Actions. • Experience with Salesforce DX and Metadata API. • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Shell, or JavaScript. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Candidate should have good hands-on knowledge in Salesforce Dev Ops in the areas below. • Version Control - need, purpose and importance. • Git • VSCode and SF CLI • DevOps operations understanding • Quality Gates • Copado Skills: Git, Docker, Scripting, Terraform, Monitoring, APEX, Automation, Salesforce, Release management Experience: 5.00-8.00 Years
