Video Editor cum Graphic Designer

About the Position We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality video content that aligns with CSRBOX's initiatives, capturing the essence of our impact stories and engaging diverse audiences. This role requires expertise in video editing, motion graphics, 2D animation, and storytelling to create compelling narratives for campaigns, training modules, and events. Responsibilities Video Editing & Post-Production • Perform full-range editing tasks including splicing, sound balancing, color correction, and grading • Edit raw footage into engaging video sequences conveying CSRBOX's mission and impact stories • Review scripts and raw materials to align the final product with intended objectives • Enhance video content with graphics, motion effects, and transitions for polished delivery Motion Graphics & 2D Animation • Create and integrate motion graphics, 2D animations, and VFX into video content • Develop animated content for training modules, campaigns, and presentations Pre-Production Planning • Collaborate with content teams to brainstorm ideas and concepts for impactful videos • Assist in storyboarding, scripting, and shoot planning • Organize and manage audio, video, and project files for smooth workflow • Maintain an archive of past projects for reference and reuse Quality Assurance & Review • Review edited footage to ensure consistency in quality, tone, and branding • Provide recommendations to improve content and align with best practices in video production Mandatory Qualification & Experience • Degree in Communication and Media Studies, Fine Art, Visual Art, Graphic Design, Photography, Film/Television, or related fields • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in video editing • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro • Strong skills in color grading, storytelling, post-production workflows, motion graphics, VFX, and 2D animation • Technical knowledge of professional lighting, photography, and videography equipment • Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills • Prior experience in social impact or CSR-related video projects is a plus Skills: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, 2D Animation, Motion Graphics, After Effects, Photoshop Experience: 1.00-4.00 Years
