Job Description

Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Location: Remote Automotive or Manufacturing background is required Job Overview Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable HCM solutions aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Global HR, Workforce Structures, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Payroll. • Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. • Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements using Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities and industry best practices. • Develop functional designs, configuration documents, process flows, test scenarios, and other project documentation. • Configure enterprise structures including legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, positions, grades, locations, and workforce assignments. • Configure HCM security, roles, data access, approvals, workflows, and business processes. • Support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP web services, HDL, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher. • Develop and support data conversion and migration activities using HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, and other Oracle data-loading tools. • Design and execute unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and production validation. • Troubleshoot functional issues, integration failures, data issues, and configuration defects. • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and other business teams to ensure end-to-end process integration. • Support Oracle quarterly releases by analyzing new functionality, performing impact assessments, and coordinating regression testing. • Prepare user guides, training materials, functional documentation, and knowledge-transfer sessions. • Provide production support and participate in issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Participate in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and transformation programs. • Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, security requirements, data privacy standards, and HR business processes. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. • Strong experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules. • Hands-on experience with Core HR, Workforce Structures, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, or Payroll. • Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM configuration. • Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud. • Experience with data migration, integrations, testing, and production support. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid implementation environments. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Preferred Qualifications • Oracle Fusion HCM certification. • Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies. • Experience supporting large-scale global HCM implementations. • Knowledge of Oracle Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent Management. • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with third-party HR, payroll, finance, identity management, and workforce applications. • Experience with Oracle quarterly updates and release management. • Strong experience with reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher. • Experience with Oracle Redwood UX and modern Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.
