Job Description

: We are looking for a senior Cybersecurity Consulting leader to drive technology risk and cybersecurity engagements, solution development, client relationships, and business growth. The role requires strong technical depth across application, AI, and cloud security combined with techno-commercial and consulting leadership. Key Responsibilities : - Lead complex cybersecurity and technology risk consulting engagements for enterprise clients. - Provide strategic and technical advisory across Application Security, AI Security, and Cloud Security. - Lead cybersecurity assessments, identify technology risks, and recommend appropriate remediation strategies. - Design cybersecurity solutions and develop approaches for complex client requirements. - Lead RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, approach notes, solution design, and commercial solutioning. - Own end-to-end engagement delivery, including scope, timelines, quality, risk, and stakeholder management. - Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite, technology, security, and business stakeholders. - Identify opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to business development and revenue growth. - Lead solutioning and proposal development for cybersecurity transformation and technology risk programs. - Provide thought leadership on emerging areas such as AI security, cloud security, application security, and cyber risk. - Mentor and develop cybersecurity consulting teams and provide technical direction on complex engagements. - Ensure delivery adheres to relevant cybersecurity standards, methodologies, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience : - 14-18 years of experience in technical cybersecurity, technology risk, or cybersecurity consulting, preferably in a client-facing consulting environment. - Strong expertise in Application Security, AI Security, and Cloud Security. - Strong hands-on understanding of at least one major cloud ecosystem, particularly AWS or Azure. - Experience leading cybersecurity consulting engagements and managing senior client stakeholders. - Strong experience in techno-commercial solutioning, RFP/RFQ responses, proposal development, and solution design. - Proven experience in engagement/project management and delivery leadership. - Strong understanding of technical cybersecurity tools and methodologies. - Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Nessus, or equivalent security testing platforms. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect cybersecurity solutions to business outcomes. Certifications : - Mandatory: CISSP and/or advanced offensive-security certification such as OSCP, OSEP, or OSWE. - Preferred: CCSP, ISO 27001, IAPP AI Governance Professional, or equivalent certifications. Education : - B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA or equivalent relevant qualification/experience.
