5-day work week Overtime: No OT required Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Job Description Our Client is looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities and lead the production team.
The successful candidate will be involved across the full manufacturing process, including production planning, purchasing, inventory control, SAP administration, ISO documentation, audits and finished goods handover .
This position is suitable for an experienced manufacturing professional who enjoys both team leadership and hands-on production operations .
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, train and coach production team members Plan and manage daily production schedules and work allocation Manage production purchasing, inventory and stock requirements Oversee the complete manufacturing process from material purchase, withdrawal and issuance through to finished goods handover to the warehouse Participate in production activities and understand the full production workflow Monitor production progress and ensure operations are completed according to schedule Coordinate closely with other departments to support smooth production operations Create, maintain and update production information in the SAP system Prepare, update and maintain ISO documentation and production records Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes and documentation Ensure production machines and equipment are properly maintained Assist with cleaning and troubleshooting of production machinery when required Identify and communicate production issues and support continuous improvement Perform other assignments and projects delegated by Management Requirements 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience Diploma qualification; candidates with a background in Che
