Job Description
Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within finance transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, financial controls).
• Advanced Visio skills with demonstrable experience producing process maps and workflow documentation.
• Background in consulting or large-scale change environments.
• Experience working with finance systems (ERP, EPM, reporting tools).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a consulting environment.
• Must be commutable to the North West at least 3 days a week. Responsibilities:
• Lead business analysis activities across finance transformation workstreams.
• Gather, document, and challenge business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Map current-state and future-state finance processes using Microsoft Visio.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Support solution design across finance systems (ERP, EPM, reporting, controls, data).
• Facilitate workshops with finance SMEs, technology teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial and operational needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Contribute to project governance, RAID management, and progress reporting. Technologies:
