Administration Assistant Location: East Sussex (On-site) Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Join a growing specialist healthcare team Are you an experienced Administrator / Co-ordinator looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a motivated and compassionate Patient Coordinator to help guide patients through their healthcare journey. This is a rewarding opportunity to combine your skills with outstanding customer service in a supportive and professional environment. Healthcare experience isn't essential - we'll provide full training. What matters most is your ability to build rapport, convert enquiries into appointments, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Role As the first point of contact for new patient enquiries, you'll play a key role in converting enquiries into booked consultations while providing a warm, reassuring and professional service. Your responsibilities will include: • Responding to enquiries via phone, email and online referrals. • Converting enquiries into booked consultations and achieving sales targets. • Following up warm leads to maximise booking opportunities. • Explaining services, pricing and treatment pathways with confidence. • Coordinating appointments and managing patient bookings. • Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records. • Working closely with consultants and clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient journey. • Delivering an outstanding experience from first enquiry through to treatment. About You We're looking for someone who has: • Previous experience in a sales, telesales or target-driven customer service role. • A confident and professional telephone manner. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. • High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills. • A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people. Experience in private healthcare, medical services or patient coordination would be an advantage, but is not essential.
