VML - Full Stack Developer - Python/Node.js/React.js

Job Title : Full Stack Developer Experience : 5+ Years Location : Gurgaon Responsibilities : - Build end-to-end features across React (frontend) and Node.js/NestJS-based backend services - Design and implement RESTful/GraphQL APIs integrating with data and analytics pipelines - Use Python for backend services and data/ML-oriented integrations where needed - Design and optimize schemas and queries in PostgreSQL and MySQL - Apply TDD and automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) as standard practice - Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to ship measurable outcomes - Contribute to frontend architecture, design systems, and React performance optimization - Explore agentic engineering practices using AI agents for code, tests, and ops under human oversight. Requirements : - Expert-level TypeScript with strong React and Node.js experience (NestJS preferred) - Solid Python skills for production-grade services, scripts, and integrations - Strong SQL fundamentals with experience in PostgreSQL and MySQL schema design and query optimization - Proven TDD track record and disciplined automated testing practices - Experience shipping and operating production systems in cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes, GCP or similar) - Good understanding of async programming, performance, and reliability in Node.js and browser environments - Comfortable working in high-autonomy, remote, fast-paced teams across engineering, product, and data
